We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Community Engagement Coordinator.
This position is based in our West Leederville office and involves managing the WA local government mutual indemnity scheme known as LGIS.
As a not-for-profit industry-based mutual indemnity scheme, LGIS exists to provide a long-term alternative to traditional insurance options.
To deliver exceptional service to our members, we need to excel at member touchpoints and engagement. This role will play a key part in ensuring that we achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination and document preparation.
 * Support LGIS Board and committee meetings with scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking and communication.
 * Manage stakeholder databases and coordinate presentations and attendance with local government representatives.
 * Assist with marketing and communications tasks such as website updates, event organisation, supplier liaison and style guide compliance.
