**Your new company**
Our client is one of the most recognised and reputable brands within the childcare sector. A newly created opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager to join their Gold Coast office, based in Southport, in a full time, permanent capacity.
**Your new role**
- Actively drive service excellence and delivery and work collaboratively with the wider People & Culture team
- Management of the full employment lifecycle activities for specific divisions including but not limited to: talent acquisition, compensation, HRIS, industrial relations, learning and development, performance management, exiting
- Responsible for human resource systems and activities required in support of our business units including but not limited to: Implementation of effective payroll, recruitment, performance management, learning and development and HRIS
- The role will lead and manage a team in the delivery of effective service delivery and business outcomes
- Assist in enhancing the productivity and morale of the Co-operative's employees by fostering a positive organisational culture through clear communication and sound leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures governance, ethics and conduct, risk management, finance, asset management, customer service and human resources
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior HR practitioner at a senior level.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development and /or an appropriate business related discipline required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans including safety culture to build business capability
- Sound knowledge of policy analysis, employment law, organisational development and resource planning
