We're currently looking for a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join a critical short‐term piece of work, assisting with a backlog of tickets and providing day‐to‐day support across the business.
This is a hands‐on opportunity in a fast‐paced environment, suited to someone with prior Level 1 support experience who is confident across Windows environments and mobile application support.
The Role
* Provide Level 1 service desk support across the organisation
* Work through a backlog of tickets in an efficient and timely manner
* Troubleshoot desktop, hardware and general IT issues
* Support users across a Windows‐based environment
* Assist with phone application and mobile device support
* Escalate more complex technical issues where required
* Maintain strong communication with internal users and stakeholders
* Contribute to a busy support function during a high‐volume period
About You
* Previous experience in a Level 1 Service Desk or IT Support role
* Strong ability to manage and resolve tickets efficiently
* Confident troubleshooting across desktop and end‐user environments
* Experience supporting phone applications and mobile devices is essential
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach with end users
* Able to start immediately and commit through to the end of June
* Reliable and happy to work full‐time onsite
