This is an exciting opportunity to join Sky OTT Data team based in our Osterley. As an integral part of the team, who are responsible for the overall strategic transformation and operational running of the team; you will work for the Director of Sky OTT Data. You will build and manage a small team of programme managers and change managers to drive the delivery and implementation of strategic change initiatives and programmes.
What you'll do:
Strategy: work in close partnership with the leadership team to manage the scope, plan, and delivery of the transformation roadmap to bring efficiencies and transform ways of working- Analysing and researching exciting new ways to drive organisational change and growth/development strategies into the heart of high-performing teams- Supporting, owning and delivering the strategy for elements of the Transformation programme- Working collaboratively and inclusively with individuals and teams across Sky to turn great ideas into pragmatic solutions- Shape the initiation of new activity, defining the scope/approach, ensuring a clear rationale, defining the governance and reporting structure- Ensure key updates, issues, decisions etc. are known, appraised, mitigated and effectively communicated to business stakeholders, sponsors, etc.- Lead end to end delivery of all transformation initiatives and ensuring there is a robust plan for each initiative from initiation to adoption and measuring benefits and outcomes- Continually evaluate and evolve the operating model ways of working to drive efficiencies, designing and driving the adoption of the new operating model
People & Comms: lead the people plan and strategy for the department- Design and deliver the comms programme to build awareness and appreciation of Sky OTT Data brand and strategy across Sky Group- Supporting the delivery of the team strategy by driving effective engagement and leading key initiatives across the Sky OTT Data team- Supporting communications activities that will build awareness and appreciation of Sky OTT Data across the wider Sky Group- Supporting communications activities that will help grow and engage a diverse and talented pipeline of future team members
Supply, Skills & Talent: you will act as the go to person for defining and building on the supply, skills and talent strategy, partnering with external suppliers, building the strategy and delivering the initiatives to support the resourcing needs for the department.- Supporting the transformation of the onshore / offshore delivery model- Cultivate strategic alliances with established and new suppliers / partners with support from other areas of OTT to bridge skills needs- Managing a team directly or indirectly to deliver the initiatives as part of the overall strategy- Partnering with the directorates in department to assess their resourcing (skills & talent) needs and building a roadmap in collaboration across the department- Defining, building, owning and presenting the supply strategy and roadmap at all levels of the organisation- Developing, strengthening and coordinating all of the resourcing initiatives to support and build the skills long range plan, working in close collaboration with other areas of Sky & OTT (Product, Finance and Procurement)
