We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support services, maintaining clerical documentation, and contributing to patient care management.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and reception support services to the department.
* Maintain accuracy of clerical documentation.
* Contribute to effective patient care management by maintaining accurate records, booking lists, and other details.
* Assist in the management of outpatient clinic bookings.
* Maintain systems and processes to assist the streamlining and efficiency of timely processes and workload within the department.
Requirements
* Demonstrated ability to provide consultancy and advisory service to management and staff at all levels while maintaining integrity and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive issues.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of people on various sensitive and complex issues.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Previous administrative/clerical experience.
* Experience in providing confidential secretarial and personal administrative support to senior staff, including drafting and editing general correspondence, minutes, and reports.
