What's involved – Coordinate and deliver recruitment and contingent workforce activities across allocated portfolios, ensuring compliance, candidate care, and hiring manager support. The Recruitment and Talent Advisor provides end-to-end panel support, pre-engagement checks, and recruitment marketing support, contributing to innovative attraction and retention strategies to meet rural and remote workforce needs.
