In 2026, I-MED Radiology's clinic network expanded across the Sydney Metropolitan Region following the acquisitions of Radiology Group located in Sydney's North West.
The role is a part‐time position, working shifts between 8:00am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Role Overview
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check‐in procedures.
* Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
* Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
* Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
* Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
