Applications Support Analyst

This role has been newly created to help support our clients growing business and new products. Our client is the largest in its industry across Australia and is a well-known brand.

As the Applications Support Analyst you'll be the single point of contact for any related issues and requests and to direct the resolution of issues or requests providing escalation where applicable.
You'll work alongside other team members (support L1, developers, DBA's, platforms).
About you:
You'll be tech savy, bringing 5+ years IT experience across Apps Support. Includes delivery fo support services in a large, complex workplace.
You'll need to be able to work closely with other team members e.g. developers, DBA's, stakeholders to solve complex issues related to the platform.
Stakeholder engagement - strong skills here dealing with IT & Business stakeholders.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, listening and questioning skills. Additionally, problem solving skills & analytical mindset is important.
You'll bring a tertiary qualification in a relevant IT discipline.
Experience and understanding of ERP systems (ideally JDE) and integration with third party systems such as AWS, EDI, API's.:
Strong experience using Azure Integration services, patterns + it's functions (Event Hub, Service Bus, etc):
Knowledge of ITIL.
