**Position Summary**
As Assistant Marketing Manager at Kip McGrath Education Centres, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Global Marketing Manager with strategic and operational marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to effectively execute campaigns across multiple regions including Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, and South Africa. Your focus will be on driving brand growth, customer engagement, and ultimately, revenue generation. While experience in the education sector is advantageous, it is not a necessity.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Provide guidance and support to 500+ franchisees in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa on lead generation and local marketing activities.
- Spearhead campaigns for corporate business segments.
- Measure, evaluate, and optimize marketing initiatives to ensure ROI meets objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and quality standards.
- Implement targeted B2B campaigns for new centre sales.
- Create and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar across various platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling digital content.
- Support the Global Marketing Manager in assessing overall marketing effectiveness.
**About You**
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles, demonstrating a track record of successful campaign execution and management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
