Project Coordinator Job
This is a challenging role for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality residential projects. As a key member of our Built Form Development team, you will ensure developments are scoped, designed, and delivered in line with our strategic framework.
This role involves regular travel to project offices and requires strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and a passion for community-focused outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in a related discipline, prior relevant experience, ability to take initiative, knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration skills, stakeholder management abilities, resilience, excellent communication skills, and commercial awareness.
About the Role:
* Coordinate project scoping, design, and delivery processes
* Support financial planning, contracts, and approvals
* Contribute to planning approvals and stakeholder engagement
* Manage risk and review project outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
2. Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress
3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers and team members
4. Provide administrative support to the project team
