You will lead by example in sales, store standards and people leadership. Coaching and mentoring will come naturally to you, and you will be able to demonstrate a proven approach to team development and driving top line sales while managing retail KPI's. And most importantly, you will thrive on the thrill and excitement of a quick moving and ever changing retail layout! Managing high volume stock, massive operational requirements and so many customers will make your day!
