We are currently delivering an applied AI solution for a large Australian Federal Government department in Canberra. The project is approved within the department and is progressing across multiple capability areas. The solution is being developed and deployed into the department, with additional use cases continuing to evolve.
We are expanding our delivery team and are hiring for AI/ML Engineers.
Key Details
AGSVA Security Clearance: Baseline (minimum) or above
Location: Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite in Canberra
Employment Type: Full-time contract
Contract Duration: 12 months (possible extensions)

Responsibilities
Develop and support Machine Learning and AI solutions in production-oriented environments
Assist with model integration, testing, and validation activities
Work with engineering and infrastructure teams to support deployment pipelines
Contribute to continuous development of AI use cases
Support documentation and delivery within a secure environment
Skills & Experience
We welcome candidates across different experience levels. Strong candidates will typically have experience in some of the following:
Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning engineering
Python and common ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
Data processing and model development workflows
Model deployment, APIs, or MLOps environments
Testing or evaluation engineers and test management
Experience working in secure or regulated environments (advantageous)
