The Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will take ownership of a mixed-use portfolio determined by your experience. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing property management tasks for a diverse range of commercial properties
2. Managing rent collection, outgoings, and rental arrears
3. Negotiating lease renewals, transfers, and preparing necessary documentation
4. Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed inventory and condition reports
5. Preparing annual outgoings budgets and handling reconciliations
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who has:
1. A minimum of 12 months' experience in Commercial Property Management or an experienced Assistant looking for their next career challenge
2. A current Certificate of Registration
3. A reliable car and driver's license
4. A polished, professional appearance
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships
