Airport Support Specialist Role
The primary function of this position is to provide on-site support and incident management for Amadeus Passenger Processing Solutions.
* Kiosks and Self-Service Bag Drops
* Cloud-based Workstations and Peripherals
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* To maintain optimal system performance through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* To respond promptly to incidents, resolving issues in a timely manner while minimizing downtime.
* To assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software components.
