About The Opportunity
This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out general electrical service work
* Attending real estate and strata jobs
* Completing new installations and renovations
* Installing and maintaining security systems including CCTV, alarms and access control
* Diagnosing faults and problem-solving on site
* Communicating with clients and representing the business professionally
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Fully qualified and licensed electrician
* Minimum 4+ years industry experience
* Strong knowledge across electrical service, maintenance and installation work
* Experience or interest in security systems (highly regarded)
* White Card
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Commitment to safety and following procedures
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
You will also have:
* Experience working with strata or property management clients
* Experience with CCTV, intercoms and alarm systems
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
* A Security license
