A DAY IN THE LIFE
Service & Technical Expertise
* Perform servicing, diagnostics and repairs across Sea-Doo watercraft, Can-Am ATVs, SSVs and Spyder roadsters
* Deliver high-quality mechanical work focused on reliability, safety and performance
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
* Assemble new units and complete pre-delivery inspections
* Provide technical insight and support to our sales and parts teams
* Maintain accurate service records, job notes and reports
Workshop Operations
* Contribute to an efficient, organised and professional workshop environment
* Uphold workshop cleanliness, safety and quality control standards
* Assist with inventory awareness and workshop workflow efficiency
* Work collaboratively within a growing service team focused on excellence

THE TECHNICIAN WE'RE SEEKING
You may come from marine, motorcycle, automotive, light engine, powersports or similar mechanical backgrounds.
Candidates must be Australian permanent residents to be eligible for this position.
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a recognised mechanical qualification (essential)
* Has strong diagnostic and servicing experience
* Takes pride in workmanship and attention to detail
* Understands customer service is as important as technical skill
* Works well within a team environment
* Has a proactive attitude toward learning and development
* Holds a valid driver's licence
* Forklift licence advantageous (or willingness to obtain)
