Purpose of Position
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for our brands (Dobla & IRCA) in the Perth area market, reporting to the Head of Sales, to achieve commercial objectives in terms of sales and gross margin.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Description of Main Activities / Responsibilities
- Implement the commercial strategy in Perth based on company guidelines.
- Manage relationships and collaboration with customers (distributors and direct users) effectively and in line with company objectives.
- Develop and implement customer and area plans.
- Identify drivers to manage territory growth.
- Monitor and develop the distribution network within the territory/area.
- Provide technical and commercial information to distributors’ sales force.
- Coordinate with the Ambassadors Team to support customers.
- Propose and implement activities to increase turnover via product distribution.
- Increase average turnover per customer in terms of sales and product mix, as directed.
- Support new business development.
- Monitor and analyze competitors and share information with the sales team per instructions.
- Manage sales forecasts related to the portfolio.
- Prepare periodic reports and conduct on‑site meetings.
Professional and Personal Skills
- Education : Preferable degree in economics or equivalent experience.
- Preferable technical understanding in the food (pastry) field.
- Professional Skills :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Languages: English.
- Capability to generate new business.
- Analytical skills (numbers, forecasting techniques).
- Planning and achieving objectives.
- Negotiation techniques.
- General knowledge of bakery, pastry, and ice‑cream products with a focus on chocolate and creams.
- Experience selling bakery products to chain bakeries.
- Years of Professional Experience : Sales experience in the specific role, B2B companies, and the food industry (IRCA/Dobla).
