Employment Type: Casual - 4 month contract (Monday to Friday - 6:00am to 2:00pm)

About the Role
* 72‑bed fresh‑cooked service
* Lead 2 Chefs and a catering team
* 4 days on the tools + 1 administrative day
* Oversee menu planning and resident‑focused meals
* Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance
* Manage stock, ordering, budgeting and cost control
* Work closely with clinical and lifestyle teams
About You
* Strong background in commercial cookery
* Supportive leadership style
* Confident with food safety standards and HACCP
* Certificate in Commercial Cookery
* NDIS Worker Screening or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Genuine commitment to enhancing resident mealtime experiences
* Queensland Driver’s Licence preferred
