You will be supported by experienced Operations Managers, Department Managers, Supervisors, Team Members and Forklift Drivers, while also collaborating with local stores and Trade Centres to drive success across the wider region.Within your leadership team, you will have experienced Operations and Department Managers across areas such as Goods Inwards, Service, Inside the Home, Timber Yard, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden. While deep expertise in all departments is not essential, an interest in DIY or the building industry will set you up for success.This is a significant leadership opportunity within a large format warehouse, offering high‐impact operational accountability across a complex, high‐volume environment.
