Job Description
As a Trust Account Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing trust accounting and administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing trust account processes, including overdrafts and electronic funds transfers
* Assisting with trust account reporting and supporting the bookkeeper with daily tasks
* Processing post-settlement letters and ensuring accurate and timely documentation
* Providing general administrative support, including responding to emails and handling ad hoc requests
* Performing some personal assistant duties on occasion
Key Responsibilities
* Trust Account Administration: Manage trust accounts, overdrafts, and EFTs, ensuring smooth transactions and settlements
* Reporting and Bookkeeping Support: Assist with trust account reporting and provide daily support to the bookkeeper
* Documentation and Communication: Process post-settlement letters and ensure accurate, timely documentation; respond to emails and handle ad hoc requests
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including PA duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
