You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic mobility and workforce planning initiatives for WooliesX, ensuring alignment with the organisations overall strategic objectives.

What you'll do
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective deployment of talent across the WooliesX ecosystem
* Make decisions related to resource utilisation across the WooliesX ecosystem in consultation with the Finance, Transformation, and People & Culture communities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, to gain insights into business needs and ensure that workforce planning initiatives are tailored to meet those needs.
* Translate complex workforce planning concepts into actionable insights and recommendations that can be easily understood and implemented by stakeholders at all levels.
* Create frameworks for capacity planning, prioritisation, development, and business planning.
What you'll bring
* Experience in workforce planning, payroll, time & attendance, or GL systems, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives.
* Ability to bring complex concepts to life for a diverse stakeholder group, using clear and concise language and visuals to ensure understanding and engagement.
* Change management experience in a large agile organisational environment, demonstrating the ability to successfully navigate and lead change initiatives
* Thirst for continuous improvement, always seeking new ways to optimise processes and drive business growth
* Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, able to establish trust and credibility across the organisation.
