Operations Supervisor - Depot
This role requires a high level of organization and leadership to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily depot activities, team performance and safety protocols.
* Directly participate in loading/unloading, dispatch and fleet coordination.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Manage inventory levels, reporting and maintenance requirements.
* Develop a strong team culture focused on accountability and productivity.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in depot management or related field.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
* Comprehensive knowledge of logistics, freight handling and safety procedures.
* Forklift license (mandatory), MR/HR license (desired).
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
