About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Officer Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, working in a fast-paced environment, and being agile in a changing work setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with office management
* Contribute to risk and hazard management of the office
* Liaise with relevant teams such as Property, Fleet, ICT, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
* Manage office inventory
* Actioning invoicing and payment reconciliation
* Scheduling of diaries
* Oversee Fire Warden, First Aid Officer, WHS Officer and Diversity Officer processes ensuring compliance
Requirements
* Office manager or EA experience highly desirable
* Strong communicator who is able to deliver clear messages both verbally and in writing
* Ability to make informed judgements and decisions
* Strategic thinker who provide robust solutions to issues and risks
* Prioritisation, organisation and time management
* Ability to effectively manage complex and competing priorities
