The Customer Data Engineer role is an exciting opportunity in our Analytic Services and Solutions team based at our Perth Central Park office. This position manages technical and governance aspects of customer data as a senior member of the Analytic Services and Solutions team, ensuring achievement of customer data targets and setting up the business unit for success on its new customer relationship management platform.
Responsibilities include:
* designing and building compelling data products that meet internal and external customer needs
* monitoring and assessing analytic product and service performance
* managing platform access and other governance matters for the customer business unit
* building a fit-for-purpose advanced analytic architecture within and around the CX360 platform
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* tertiary qualifications in data science, IT or related field
* at least 3 years of data engineering experience
* expert knowledge in advanced analytics tools, techniques and technologies – Python and SQL essential
* ability to translate business strategy into corresponding technology needs
* effective stakeholder and partner management
