About The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
* Build strong partnerships and deliver high-level expert advice across the agency
* Provide expert support on complex and sensitive employment relations matters
* Coach and lead a team of P&C Business Partners to deliver a high-performing business partnering function
* Drive workforce planning and succession strategies aligned with organisational priorities
* Lead change and business improvement initiatives, including digitalisation and AI-driven solutions
* Represent the department in industrial matters, including at the South Australian Employment Tribunal
Remuneration: ASO8 ($121,107 - $125,679 p.a.) + 12% Super
Applicants at ASO7 level will also be considered, remuneration ($108,109 - $116,864 p.a.) + 12% Super
About You
You'll thrive here if you:

* Bring expertise in coaching or leading teams to uplift capability
