Here's what you'll be doing:
* Building and nurturing key client relationships, becoming a trusted partner for a diverse range of accounts.
* Managing day-to-day client communications from project kick-off to completion, ensuring smooth sailing and happy clients.
* Actively participating in pitches for new business opportunities, helping to secure exciting new projects for the agency.
* Overseeing production efforts, leveraging your expertise to guide a talented team of producers. While you'll be hands-on when needed, your primary focus will be on strategic oversight and ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly.
* Acting as the vital link between clients, internal creative teams, and the production powerhouse, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards a shared vision.
What you'll bring:
* A solid background within an experiential agency, understanding the unique dynamics of live brand activations.
* Demonstrated client-facing experience, with a knack for building rapport and managing expectations effectively.
* Proven production experience, whether as a dedicated producer or in a role that heavily involved overseeing event or activation builds.
