A Quick Snapshot of the role.: As the Account Executive at Nunn, your role involves campaign implementation, buying, tracking and reporting of all media activities. Further to this you will also be responsible for overseeing the development and output of the account coordinator and have the opportunity to grow your planning skills on the job.
This is a growth-oriented role with a focus on acquiring and honing skills through on-the-job
professional development that will be utilised, implemented and measured in the day to day
deliverables.
With access to Nunn Academy, the aim is to develop and build you into an expert across various
media channels, earning the trust and respect of your team through comprehensive media
knowledge.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Work closely with the Account Manager and Digital team to drive media options in support of client business strategies
Book and check confirmations with media suppliers
Track and optimise media campaigns
Deliver campaign measurement reports
Assist in the end of month billing process and with any financial discrepancies
Support the team with managing timelines and creative assets to ensure campaigns go live on time
Support the planning process in your team
Update media plans keeping note of all changes
Build confidence in presenting media solutions and other documents through to clients
Mentor, support and train the Account Coordinator
Build relationships with key media partners and internal specialist units to increase your industry knowledge.
Attend weekly internal industry presentations to increase your knowledge
General Competencies:

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Initiative: Proactive, self-starter, clear communicator, and autonomous worker when required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a media agency or similar field, with experience across both offline and digital media channels.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise with Spectra MD. Ideally some experience with industry planning and reporting technologies (Roy Morgan, ASTEROID5, Fusion, ETAM, ERAM, and Microsoft Office). In-depth knowledge of industry ad products, rich media, specifications, file formats, etc.
