Key Responsibilities:

* Handle cancellations and suspensions
* Provide product information and make recommendations
* Marketing Support:
* Assist in creating social media content using Canva
* Help manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
* Contribute to research and outreach initiatives to drive business growth
* Administrative Support:
* Update client databases and ensure data accuracy
* Perform minor website updates if familiar with Webflow
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service or administration
* Basic digital marketing skills and knowledge of CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
