We are looking for a talented Creative Artworker to join our design team. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail who enjoys ensuring artwork is technically accurate and production-ready.

As a Creative Artworker, you will play a crucial role in preparing a variety of print-ready files, setting up cutting forms, and optimising workflow efficiencies. This is an excellent opportunity for an artworker who thrives on precision and efficiency in artwork creation, file preparation, and branding execution, ideally with minimum two years industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing production-ready artwork for a variety of branded merchandise, ensuring correct file formats and print specifications.
2. Setting up cutting forms and dielines for packaging and printed materials to meet production requirements.
3. Checking and adapting client artwork to align with supplier guidelines and printing processes.
4. Creating print-ready files for various branding techniques, including screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, and engraving.
5. Ensuring colour accuracy and correct file preparation for CMYK, Pantone, and spot colour printing.
6. Optimising workflow efficiencies, ensuring artwork files are structured and organised for fast, accurate output.
7. Liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth production handovers and technical compliance.
8. Assisting in product mockups and visuals to present branded merchandise concepts to clients.
9. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
10. Strong understanding of print production processes, including screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, and engraving.
11. Ability to set up cutting forms, dielines, and templates accurately for manufacturing.
12. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure artwork meets technical specifications.
13. Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt designs while maintaining consistency.
14. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Desirable but Not Essential
1. Knowledge of workflow automation tools or techniques to improve artwork production efficiency.
2. Experience in the promotional merchandise industry or working with branded products.
3. Basic knowledge of 3D mockup software for visualising branded products.
4. Experience of emerging technologies, such as AI.
5. Familiarity with website content management systems or digital design for online platforms.
