The Role: Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, confidently guiding your team to achieve solid results
- Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
- Genuine CARE for your team, your customers, and the overall success of the business
- Ability to COACH, mentor and uplift your team, helping each individual grow and succeed
- High ENERGY and a can do attitude that motivates those around you and drives a positive store culture
- Ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations, ensuring smooth and successful day to day performance
