For the right candidate we are willing to offer an Apprenticeship in Landscape Construction if this is your preferred pathway. We are seeking hardworking, self-motivated individuals. Basic construction experience is a plus but not essential for a candidate with the right attitude.
You will be a vital part of the Perth-based playground installation team, working in a progressive and dynamic on site environment. Your role will include the assembly and installation of play equipment and park furniture, landscape construction such as shade, limestone walls, safety surfacing, planting schedules, basic civil works, fencing etc.
Our team create a vast array of playground products with a commitment to continuous improvement and product development.
🕒 Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (TAFE Day or Block release for apprenticeship)
- Weekday & Saturday Overtime/TIL Available
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Demolition of existing playgrounds
- Base preparation for concrete and play surfaces
- Final trim work for landscape areas
- Setting out and installing new play equipment
- General landscaping duties
- PlayMatta softfall installation
- Interpreting and implementing project briefs
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Operating plant equipment (excavator, kanga, tipper, etc.)
- General concreting tasks
- Shade installation
