About the Role
Due to expansion of Eldercare’s retirement living portfolio, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retirement Living Community Manager to join our team. Based in office, you will provide leadership and management of all operations within a retirement living community in the western suburbs. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, enriching environment in a supportive community where residents can thrive and enjoy their retirement years to the fullest. This is achieved through the provision of excellent customer service, responding promptly to enquiries, and addressing resident needs efficiently and in a manner that makes them feel valued and understood. In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations including financial management, staff management, resident liaison and coordination of human and material resources and internal and external service providers.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in Retirement Living/Aged Care/Property Management at a supervisory or management level
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
- Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry
