Wanslea is seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our Grandcarer Families Case Management team.
In this position, you will deliver critical administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of services that enhance outcomes for grandcarers and the children in their care.

About you
A highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer with a Certificate IV in Business Studies (or equivalent experience) and extensive expertise in administrative operations and customer service. You excel in delivering high‑quality support to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth case management workflows and stakeholder engagement, particularly in family‑focused, trauma‑informed environments.
You are adept at managing multiple tasks independently, handling database maintenance, data collection, and evaluation activities while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Skilled in Microsoft Office and other Windows‑based applications, you efficiently create reports, maintain records, coordinate communications, and support both online and in‑person events and presentations.
Your personal strengths include initiative and adaptability, a strong capacity for time management and task prioritization, and the flexibility to respond to shifting workplace needs ensuring consistent, reliable support that improves operational outcomes.
