We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our Land Development team in the Southeast region. This individual will assist in designing residential civil led development projects, leveraging their expertise to create seamless experiences for homeowners.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in land development (single-family residential), with proficiency in Civil 3D and strong client service orientation.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Clients, and other project consultants to deliver high-quality results.
* Create residential master plans for single family attached and detached developments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Prepare permit applications, construction documents, and engineering calculations to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Coordinate with municipal review staff to gain permit approvals, minimizing project delays.
* Participate in project design/client meetings and charette sessions to foster effective communication.
* Work closely with landscape architecture staff on community amenity designs, incorporating innovative ideas.
* Oversee construction administration activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
