* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans that cater to individual client needs.
* Deliver evidence-based therapy services to clients across various settings, including in-clinic, home, and the community.
* Manage a varied caseload, including paediatrics, NDIS participants, and aged care clients.
* Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
* Prepare detailed progress reports, assessments, and therapy updates.
* Support clients in achieving their goals related to daily living, mobility, and community participation.
* Stay updated with best practices through ongoing professional development.
Key Qualifications and Skills
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience or a keen interest in working within the allied health sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
* Knowledge of relevant funding programs such as NDIS, DVA, HCP, and WorkCover (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Adaptability and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
