The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will:
Lead, train and motivate FOH team members
Manage rosters and labour budgets
Drive sales and guest experience
Maintain strong service standards
Oversee stock control and ordering
Monitor wage-to-sales ratios and cost control
Handle compliance and licensing requirements
Work closely with ownership on strategy and performance
Be present on the floor during peak trade
This is not a sit-in-the-office role. You'll lead from the front.
What We're Looking For
You are:
An experienced bar or venue manager (minimum 2+ years)
Financially literate (understand GP, labour %, COGS)
Confident with POS systems (Lightspeed preferred)
Skilled in staff development and performance management
Strong in cocktail and bar knowledge
Professional, calm and solutions-focused
Available nights and weekends
Passionate about hospitality — not just looking for a job
Love cocktails and delicious food
Have event experience
Have strong local industry connections
