Job Description:
The Administration Officer role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and Centre operations. As a key member of the team, you will coordinate workflows, manage communications, schedules, finances, reports, meetings, and travel - ensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
You will provide day-to-day operational support for the General Manager and CSALT team, including diary management, office procedures, internal communications, reports, and records management. Additionally, you will coordinate CSALT communication through maintaining MyUniSC staff intranet pages and news items, corporate web pages, and drafting and editing general correspondence as directed.
This role requires a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, experience writing for online platforms, and engaging with groups. You must have a strong understanding of information management, paired with sharp organisational and time management abilities. Proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completion of a degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training
* Advanced digital literacy, including Microsoft Office365 suite and various web-based applications
* Ability to quickly upskill and learn new systems as they emerge
