Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service standards, including pre, during, and post-sale interactions.
* Support Operations: Assist with various areas within the store, from customer-facing roles to back-of-house tasks.
* Maintenance and Merchandising: Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment by assisting with merchandising and restocking products.
* Stock Receipt and Processing: Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into the store, adhering to established receiving processes.
