Duties and responsibilities
Supporting Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors with project planning, scheduling and overall coordination tasks.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, regulatory requirements and relevant industry standards.
Creating initial design concepts, detailed drawings and project specifications.
Producing, updating and refining project plans, maps, diagrams and technical documentation.
Organising and overseeing work programs to ensure smooth project progression.
Checking site activities, workmanship and materials to verify alignment with project specifications, regulations and quality benchmarks.
Preparing cost calculations and estimating project timelines and resource needs.
Gathering on-site measurements and technical information using surveying tools and photogrammetry instruments.
Carrying out standard calculations and plotting preliminary survey data for project use.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience in the construction industry.
Tertiary education in the relevant field.
Detailed understanding of the occupation including hazard management.
Strong experience in the field.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
