We are seeking a highly motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behaviour support to participants across North Sydney, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. You will work collaboratively with families and carers to develop and implement individualised plans that promote positive behaviours and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist participants, families and carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning
* Evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within complex support spaces
* Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework
* Ensure individual plans reflect participants' goals, passions and strengths

Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification as an allied health professional (desired)
* Report writing experience
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and new ideas
