Customer Service Role
Delivering exceptional customer experiences is crucial in this role. Key accounts across a global network require dedicated support.
* Timely and accurate sales order data entry for allocated customer accounts
* Order status reporting of spare parts and assisting customers with delivery tracking
* Maintenance of customer master data, including returns, credits, and CARs
* Supporting finance with invoice queries and sales teams with pricing and on-time delivery reporting
* Price management and administration tasks
Key qualifications include:
* Previous experience in combined customer service and administration roles
* Sales administration experience (highly desirable)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and SAP or Ariba (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
