**Job Opportunity: Store Manager**
We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as a store manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Lindt Chocolate Shop.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment. As our ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting. You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 20 employees, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day store operations, including multitasking between customers, inventory management, food safety compliance, and visual merchandising
* Lead and coach a team of ambassadors to deliver on brand expectations and achieve sales targets
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the State Manager to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a management role, preferably in retail or hospitality
* Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
* Ability to work autonomously, while proactively communicating with the State Manager
