As a Support Worker, you will be providing meaningful, in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Your work will include things like personal care, domestic assistance, transport to appointments or activities, and social and community support.
About You & The Role
We are looking for individuals with a caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude. You will need a personal smartphone, a safe and reliable vehicle, and a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability.
* Hold a minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
* Have previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
* Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
* Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or are willing to apply)
* Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months
* Hold a current First Aid Certificate
* Have a valid driver's licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
