Reporting to the Commercial Director, and supported by the CEO and National Sales Director, you will support the Sales effort by developing offerings and standard pricing, leading commercial and contract negotiations and managing the program of regulatory compliance.
With solid legal contracting/Commercial Management experience your background has been within telco or similar utilities infrastructure contracting, ideally with respect to greenfield developments. You are comfortable with appointment setting and dealing with property developers (broadband or embedded network experience would be ideal); problem solving and dealing with a range of people from sub-contractors to CEO?s. Your ability to explore new opportunities and follow them through to contract execution is complemented by your excellent presentation, communication and organisation skills.
