We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Final Trim Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining modern posi equipment, conducting regular maintenance checks, communicating with supervisors, and ensuring projects meet high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain modern posi equipment with up-to-date technology
* Perform regular equipment checks for maintenance and safety purposes
* Communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure project completion to a high standard
* Maintain a high level of work quality
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Final Trim Operator in civil construction or earthmoving
* Able to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
* Demonstrated attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
