**Opportunities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports operations management and compliance
- Supports HR processes for international local hire employees
- Provides assistance to international assignees with routine issues (i.e. relocation services) or concerns
- Coordinates facilities operations and administration
- Performs routine recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data
- Participates in documenting business processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while demonstrating understanding of policies and compliance standards.
**Experience/Qualifications**
- Previous business support / project management & project execution experience essential.
- Previous experience in supply chain management / logistics / procurement is highly desirable.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
