This is not a technical lead role; success in this position relies on strong network experience and the ability to lead and develop a small pod of power system engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee development of models and performance of studies using PSSE, PSCAD, PSS/Sincal and/or DIgSILENT
Provide technical supervision, mentoring and support to a team of engineers
Provide technical expertise to clients and external partners
Manage grid connection studies and grid modelling activities
Stay current with industry trends and NER technical requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related discipline
10+ years of experience in the power, transmission, distribution or renewable energy sector
Strong technical understanding of power systems and network operations
Proven leadership and mentoring capability
Experience across grid modelling and grid connection studies
