South West Personnel (SWP) supply temporary and permanent personnel to a large variety of industries in the South West of Western Australia. With more than 30 years’ recruitment experience and being quality assured, our ongoing objective is to ensure an uncompromising standard of excellence is delivered to our clients and large workforce.

As part of our continued growth, we wish to appoint a bright, self-motivated and well organised person to support and contribute to our professional team in this exciting, broad administration role.

Your key duties will include:

* Accurate, high volume data entry
* Administer high volume payroll in the absence of a Payroll Officer
* Reception backup to assist with candidate registration appointments
* Minute taking for weekly, monthly meetings
* Assist with organising IT maintenance for the office
* Assist with arranging maintenance contractor provision for building works
* Ad-hoc administration duties as required

The successful applicant will be required to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You must have a head for numbers along with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, in particular Excel. Although desirable, prior payroll experience is not essential as this will form part of your training therefore you must be a quick learner with a high attention to detail. It is essential that the successful applicant will be required to hold a C class driver’s licence.
