About the Role
As a key member of our Alice Springs branch, you'll support day‐to‐day operations and lead by example. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating daily operations with repairers and cleaning contractors
* Supporting the Branch Manager to achieve sales and operational targets
* Delivering excellent customer and guest service
* Supervising, training, and motivating guest service and vehicle operations teams
* Ensuring vehicles and the branch are clean, safe, and well presented
* Championing workplace health and safety standards
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (rental, tourism, hospitality or similar)
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills
* Proven guest service and complaint‐handling experience
* Good organisation and time‐management skills
* Confidence using computers and booking or operational systems
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
* Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude (desirable, not essential)
