Job Summary
This role is a strategic and operational partnership with the organization, driving business results through effective people management. The successful candidate will provide consultative services to support the development and implementation of human resources strategies, policies, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead comprehensive recruitment processes in accordance with relevant legislation and policy.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources strategies, policies, and practices that align with business objectives.
* Provide expert advice on people management matters, interpreting awards, agreements, and relevant legislation.
* Coordinate the annual performance development and management process, including training and guidance.
* Manage employment contracts and oversee Corporation-wide learning and development initiatives.
* Assist in the management of work health and safety requirements and deliver change management processes.
Requirements
* A relevant tertiary qualification in human resource management or industrial relations, with progress towards completion.
* Experience using HR information systems, such as Dayforce Pay.
* Exceptional report writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* A proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders.
* Experience across a range of human resources functions, including workforce planning and strategy development.
